We accept returns for most items purchased on ThomPickleball.com under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Products must not be final sale items, such as sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Used or damaged products

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
